When it comes to brewing, Graeme has vast experience. As a multiple award-winning brewer and acclaimed international beer and food judge, Graeme has 22 years’ home brewing experience and 15 years’ commercial brewing experience. He has created a plethora of craft beer, using ingredients as diverse as fruit, spice, wheat and wild yeasts.

Included in his gold-medal collection is the inaugural prize for the 2000 Tri-Nations Home Brew Championships, in which he competed against brewers from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
