GABRIEL does not fit neatly into any beer style category.
Best described as PALE ALE or APA (Aotearoa Pale Ale!), GABRIEL (4.8% alcohol/volume) is a straw to pale golden colour, with a sweet biscuity malt base, and of course a good dosing of New Zealand's finest aromatic hops, giving an enticing aroma and flavour of gooseberry, citus and a hint of peach.

Our latest release, ROULETTE, is a unique hybrid of two classic styles, an American Amber Ale and an Extra Special Bitter (ESB). Pouring a reddish brown hue, ROULETTE (5.2% abv) offers a fresh aroma and flavour with suggestions of passionfruit and orange from the NZ Riwaka and Styrian Golding hops combining with caramel and toffee notes from the blend of malts.
